Visiting The Town of Boston NY
Located on the western side of the state of New York, Boston is an interior “Southtown” of Erie County. Located near Lake Erie and Eighteen Mile Creek, the town features a number of natural activities close by. Additionally, Boston is near Buffalo, Dunkirk and Fredonia, remaining close to larger cities in the region.
Routes To Ride On
Peninsula Drive - Erie PA: Driving down about an hour along I-90 can get you to Erie, PA, where the Peninsula Drive is located. This 9 mile ride route loops around Presque Isle which juts out onto Lake Erie, giving you spectacular views of the lake during the entire ride. There are also campgrounds around the lake area and beaches that can serve as overnight residences.
NY-60S - Jamestown: Driving south along NY-60, you can pass Cassadaga and eventually reach Jamestown NY. This route is only a 30 minute right, but can be extended further before connecting to Route 62 which goes southward into Pennsylvania. Nearby Jamestown is also Chautauqua Lake, which includes a number of local destinations that are interesting to visit too.
